• Same instructions as the previous step except that:
• For this step, your legs are straight.
• Keep a good distance between the legs.
• The landing leg bends slightly to reduce the impact.

• Pour cette étape, vos jambes sont tendues.
• Garder un bon écart entre les jambes.
