Instructions in English

• Same instructions as the previous step except that:
• After jumping with the back leg, this same leg will kick in the air.
• The hip (left side on the video) remains in the high position.
• The shoulder is in a high position and well contracted.

• Mêmes instructions que l’étape précédente sauf que :
• Après avoir sauté avec la jambe arrière, cette jambe va donner un kick dans les airs.
• La hanche (côté gauche sur la vidéo) reste en position haute.
• L’épaule est en position haute est bien contractée.
