Macaco Em Pe – Step 6

Instructions in English

• Same instructions as the previous step but this time :
• Once in position with the leg in the air, kick quickly with it to make a mini macaco em pe as for step 3 and 4.

• Une fois arrivé en position avec la jambe en l’air, kicker rapidement avec celle-ci afin de faire un mini macaco em pe comme pour l’étape 3 et 4.
