Same instructions as in the previous step except that:
The breaking of the pelvis is done only on the side of the first leg (right in the video) that lands.
For this, when jumping, immediately think about breaking your leg (right in the video) by forcing your foot to land flat, your hip turns.
During this time, keep the leg (left in the video) which kicks in suspension and well extended in order to create a real space between the two legs that separates.
The second leg (left in the video) creates a leverage effect when landing.
Push on your support arm (right in the video) to get up.
