Swheel Step 1 – Instructions
- Get into a split squat position
- Place your hands on the line perpendicular to your body
- The back leg swings out to make an arc juste above the ground
- As the back leg begins to move, jump with both legs
- Front leg bends to permit rotation, the back leg remains straight
- Once the back leg hits the ground, it bends
- The rotation continues and the leg that was in front at the beginning continues to move and lands behind. It now shifts to the back position.
- You end up in a split squat position on the other side.
