Swheel Step 1 – Instructions

  1. Get into a split squat position
  2. Place your hands on the line perpendicular to your body
  3. The back leg swings out to make an arc juste above the ground
  4. As the back leg begins to move, jump with both legs
  5. Front leg bends to permit rotation, the back leg remains straight
  6. Once the back leg hits the ground, it bends
  7. The rotation continues and the leg that was in front at the beginning continues to move and lands behind. It now shifts to the back position.
  8. You end up in a split squat position on the other side.
