These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on the Mindful Acro website for the purchase of online training offered by Steven DUVIGNAU.
Steven Duvignau offers online training to learn Softacrobatics. The essential features of the training are detailed on the Site. Photographs and descriptions of the products are not contractually binding and cannot hold Steven Duvignau liable.
Training prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT). Steven Duvignau reserves the right to change his prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
To place an order, the buyer must follow the steps indicated on the Site. The order will only be considered final after full payment of the price.
Payment is made online, by credit card or any other payment method offered on Mindful Acro. Payment is secured by an SSL protocol that guarantees the confidentiality of banking information.
The training is accessible online after order and payment validation. Access to the training is immediate and available via the Mindful Acro site in the Member area.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order confirmation to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

If you access the digital content of the training before the end of this period, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal. Once access is granted, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

Steven Duvignau cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The Company's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
