Chapéu de Couro Step 4 – Instructions
Same instructions as the previous step except that:
- You jump higher than in the step 3.
- The hip stays in the high position.
- The back leg (left in the video) kicks in the air to finish the movement.
- The shoulder is in a high position and well contracted.
Previous instructions :
- Get into a squat position.
- Put your arm on the ground and cross your front leg (right in the video) in front of your second leg.
- Your shoulder is in a high position and well contracted.
- Extend your crossed leg.
- Take advantage of the momentum of the front leg and jump from the back leg (left in the video). The hip (right in the video) is in a high position.
- The back leg is extended as if the foot tries to go in the inverse plan.
- Land delicately.
