Star – Step 1

Star Step 1 – Instructions

  1. Make a demi-circle inwards with your body and place your front leg (right in the video) far on a line.
  2. Place your two hands on a parallel line in front of you, in a diagonal alignment with your feet.
  3. Kick with your back leg (left in the video) and keep it straight.
  4. Look between your legs and hold your gaze on your leg which is kicking (left in the video).
  5. The leg stays straight and travels until it is behind your other foot on the same starting line.
  6. Perform the movement with control.
