Chapéu de Couro Step 5 – Instructions

Same instructions as in the previous step except that:

  1. You jump higher than in the step 4.
  2. You stand more on the shoulder of your supporting arm.
  3. The back leg (left in the video) kicks more in the air to finish the movement.
  4. The shoulder is in a high position and well contracted.

Previous instructions :

  1. Get into a squat position.
  2. Put your arm on the ground and cross your front leg (right in the video) in front of your second leg.
  3. Your shoulder is in a high position and well contracted.
  4. Extend your crossed leg.
  5. Take advantage of the momentum of the front leg and jump from the back leg (left in the video). The hip (right in the video) is in a high position.
  6. The back leg is extended as if the foot tries to go in the inverse plan.
  7. Land delicately.
