Go down ENDING assisted – Step 3 – Instructions

Same instructions as in the previous step except that you:

  1. Try to go down without the assistance of the strap.
  2. Grab the strap when you feel your leg alone can no longer carry your weigh.
  3. 10 rep / each side x 3 sets
  4. 90 sec of rest between sets
