Star Step 1 – Instructions
- Make a demi-circle inwards with your body and place your front leg (right in the video) far on a line.
- Place your two hands on a parallel line in front of you, in a diagonal alignment with your feet.
- Kick with your back leg (left in the video) and keep it straight.
- Look between your legs and hold your gaze on your leg which is kicking (left in the video).
- The leg stays straight and travels until it is behind your other foot on the same starting line.
- Perform the movement with control.
